Through The Glass-Great Macro Shot

I have been freezing my butt off outside the last week taking photos of my plants and I hate it! I wish it was warm again! I have been having the greatest success with this Macro lens and taking shots lately. I was out yesterday and I was lying on my front porch and taking these photos. Again the neighbors were giving me the weird looks! I wanted to get most of the flower pedals I could into focus So I used a small f-stop and it worked out great. I had my camera set up on my Induro Tripod, which is a must for macro photography. I love this photo and there are more to come and I cant wait to show them to you. Spring is Here! Macro Fun Begins!

Today’s shot is one of my first for the spring this year! Every year I love shooting Macro flower shots. I love shooting whatever, but I absolutely love shooting macro Flowers! This year is especially exciting and only for one reason. I have recently purchased the best macro lens canon makes! The Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro! It is a arguably the best macro lens around, (besides the L series, Although people say that the image quality is the same. Twin Blooming

At the parking area of Springton Manor farm, looking for more places to shoot, running low on light and battery power, so I was almost ready to give up on the day, knowing I already had a few hundred photos of all sorts of subjects, but I had a warm feeling in the bottom of my boots, wanting more shots.
