I have been freezing my butt off outside the last week taking photos of my plants and I hate it! I wish it was warm again! I have been having the greatest success with this Macro lens and taking shots lately. I was out yesterday and I was lying on my front porch and taking these photos. Again the neighbors were giving me the weird looks! I wanted to get most of the flower pedals I could into focus So I used a small f-stop and it worked out great. I had my camera set up on my Induro Tripod, which is a must for macro photography. I love this photo and there are more to come and I cant wait to show them to you. This year is especially exciting and only for one reason. I have recently purchased the best macro lens canon makes! The Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro! It is a arguably the best macro lens around, (besides the L series, Although people say that the image quality is the same. Read more →At the parking area of Springton Manor farm, looking for more places to shoot, running low on light and battery power, so I was almost ready to give up on the day, knowing I already had a few hundred photos of all sorts of subjects, but I had a warm feeling in the bottom of my boots, wanting more shots.
